Today i have another card to share...one which uses lots of embossing powder techniques...so if you're not familiar with using UTEE, you'll need to read this thoroughly to see what i've been up to!
Ingredients:

UTEE ~ i've used clear but lots of other yummy colours would work well
Background rubber stamps
