1. Create your card base using Sizzix framelets.  Take the two largest dies from the scallop circles set and cut one of each in your chosen cardstock. 

2.  Score the smaller die cut at around 2cm from the top, and adhere to the back of the larger die cut as shown.

3.  Cover the card front with your chosen patterned papers and use matching patterned papers to create your bloom.  See HERE for the tutorial.

4. Adhere the bloom to the card front and add  some flat back pearls and a sentiment to finish.
