Additions to the kit in the first card are a card blank, Sizzix die cut star, silver thread and some thin string.
Squares of patterned paper were torn and inked and each square then machine sewn on to some card.
A chipboard star and some of the red white core card were die cut with the sizzix. The edges were sanded away to distress the star.
Tie round some thin string, glue the star to the card and add a greeting mounted on foam pads with a pretty brad.
The additional items for the second card are a card blank. stickles and some lace raffia.
Tear out a piece of patterned paper just slightly smaller than the card blank and ink the edges.
Add the lace raffia, decorate the chipboard snowflake with white acrylic paint and then stickles, attach with a brad.
Cut out some of the snowflakes from the lace cardstock and ink the tips. Add the greeting using the glittery words.
Additions for this card are a card blank, silver thread for stitching, some lacey trim, stickles and sizzix tag and snowflake die cuts. I also used a border punch for the bottom detail.
Cut a strip of paper for the bottom of the card and punch with a border punch. Cut out some blue card and co-ordinating patterned paper and glue to the card.
Attach a strip of ribbon vertically along the join. Glue a strip of lacey trim across the top.
Stitch around the card using straight stitch across the top and a zig zag design for the rest.
Punch a sizzix tag and snowflake and decorate as you wish, the tag has been cut from handmade paper. I have inked the edges and used stickles on both.
Tie a bow with the ribbon and attach the bow, tag and snowflake to the card using a large brad.
Add the rub on greeting to the bottom left.
