Poem - I'm Sorry

This is a poem I put together for our next door neighbours by way of an apology because Abigail's pet rabbit used to escape from his cage, hop through the hedge only to be found munching on next doors vegetable patch.......

I'm sorry

My name is Raindrop

I’m the rabbit next door

I know you are annoyed with me

  more and more

But I love cabbages

  what more can I say

Their very cabbageness

  makes my day

But I have promised Abigail

  that I will no more

Go through the hedge to

  next door

I’ll be a good rabbit

  just you see

Please accept my apology…..
