Card - 21st Birthday

For this weeks Free For All theme for the Tando Creative DT I made a 21st birthday card!

To create that random spotty background I used the Tando Creative Mask - Tree and Leaves!

Great value mask - 3 in 1!!

There are three parts to this mask set and I used the spotty part which, if used for the tree, would depict apples or blossom.  But great for a random spotty design!

I used Distress Ink-Broken China for the blue dots, and added an embellishment cluster of Prima flowers around the very glittery number 21.
