Going Potty...

With Christmas and beyond in mind I've been decorating some plain wooden pots in a shabby chic style.

These were plain wooden pots which I sanded down and then painted with Annie Sloan chalk paint and then decorated with snowflakes, reindeer, leaves, stars and more.  Some were wooden shapes and some were Tando chipboard shapes.

April Kit - Spring Mini Album

I was recently asked if I still did kits.  I used to do a monthly kit a few years ago, but its been a while!

 

That got me thinking about doing them again, and here we have the first of the Bubbly Funk Kits!  This is a chipboard mini album fest full of different size and shaped chipboard pages, lots of Spring themed chipboard designs and suitable die-cuts and flowers and other fun crafty bits to decorate your pages.

So, why not spend some time over Easter doing something crafty for yourself or to give as a gift.  You could use it to record your Easter or your garden, someones birthday maybe?!  Either way its a fun way to spend a few hours.

Card - 16th Birthday

My youngest son was 16 a couple of weeks ago.  Making a card for a 16 year old boy is a bit of a challenge but after a fair few hours faffing he eventually received this one:

This is a Halloween tag I made a while ago.  The pumpkin is simply made using three punched ovals and then decorated with some wired leaves.  A few rub-ons embellished the spooky style paper, which I think is a BasicGrey set.
